Network Isolation
Isolate networks by using the VPC and network security groups. VPC allows tenants to control the IP address range for connecting to the database by configuring the VPC inbound IP range. Instances are run on a dedicated VPC to further ensure security.
Access Control
Control account access by using master accounts/sub-accounts and security groups. A master account is created together with an instance. You can add new database instances and sub-accounts if necessary and assign database objects to sub-accounts to ensure privilege separation.
