Q: How to fill in the acceptance form for eSurfing Cloud Penetration Test Service after purchase?
A: Customers should truthfully fill in the following information (required)
1. Information about the IP host being detected;
2. Domain name ICP filing information, which must be the customer's own real, legitimate information;
3. The customer is an eSurfing Cloud hosting user, who provides a list of domain names in order to get Penetration Test Service;
4. The application URL description provided by the customer should state the function or purpose;
5. Contact information of business, the customer needs to provide a contact person of business who has the right to decide on the penetration test plans and the issues that arise in the penetration test process;
6. If the customer has security protection equipment, the public IP used for penetration test should be added to the trustlist of this equipment at the beginning of the test to avoid alarms caused by the process. (Party B shall not be responsible for any alarms and impact on the results of penetration test if the customer fails to trustlist the public IP used for penetration test at the beginning of the test)
7. The customer needs to sign the penetration test authorization letter.
