1. The registration of the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial will commence from now until 31 December, 2024. The eSurfing Cloud Free Trial is applicable to all enterprise customers and subject to a quota on a first come first serve basis.
2. The eSurfing Cloud Free Trial is applicable to designated products namely Cloud Laptop (Enterprise Version), Elastic Cloud Server, Cloud Hard Disk, Elastic IP, Shared Bandwidth, Elastic Load Balancing Service, NAT Gateway, etc. and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective products. 3. The eSurfing Cloud Free Trial will be effective for one month commencing from the date of trial activation (“Trial Period”). Upon the expiration of the Trial Period, the trial products will automatically cease to function, all rights to access or use the trial products shall end. The customer acknowledges and accepts the responsibility to export or backup all customer data on its own before the termination of the Trial Period. The customer further acknowledges and agrees that China Telecom Global Limited (“CTG”) has no obligation to retain the customer data and such data will be irretrievably deleted upon expiry of fifteen (15) calendar days following the conclusion of the Trial Period. If the customer would like to use the products after the Trial Period, the Customer must enter into a separate contract with CTG so as to purchase such products. 4. Please complete the registration form on the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial registration page of the eSurfing Cloud website to enrol in the free trial. The sales manager will contact the customer after receiving the application to make the follow-up arrangements.
5. The eSurfing Cloud Free Trial is non-convertible to cash nor other formats of rewards and cannot be sold or transferred.
6. Use of the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial shall be subject to the terms and conditions of eSurfing Cloud User Agreement, eSurfing Cloud Legal Statement, eSurfing Cloud Privacy Policy Statement and eSurfing Cloud Service Agreement.
7. CTG reserves the rights to i) amend or change the above terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion; ii) adjust the solutions, quantity and configuration of the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial from time to time without any prior notice; and iii) revise and terminate the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial in its entirety at any time and for any reason. In case of disputes, the decision made by CTG shall be final and conclusive.
8. Without prejudice to the generality of the exclusion and limitation of liability clauses in the abovementioned eSurfing Cloud Service agreement, eSurfing Cloud User Agreement, eSurfing Cloud Privacy Policy Statement, eSurfing Cloud Legal Statement and the relevant specific service agreements, and to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws, CTG shall in no circumstances be liable for any losses or damages of whatever nature (including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue and data) which may be suffered or incurred by any users of services provided under this eSurfing Cloud Free Trial.
9. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial Terms and Conditions and the eSurfing Cloud Privacy Policy Statement, the eSurfing Cloud Free Trial Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
