VPC peering connection (Peering) refers to the network connection between two VPCs in the same region. You can use a private IP address to communicate between two VPCs via Intranets as if the two VPCs are within the same network. Users can create Peerings between VPCs under their own accounts, or between VPCs under their own accounts and other accounts in the same region.
