This section describes the billing of the CDA.
CDA provides differentiated access services according to the type and access mode of the dedicated physical line. By reading this section, you can quickly understand the billing items and billing components of CDA and other related information.
If you need to enable the CDA service, please contact your account manager or eSurfing Cloud customer service to inquire about the specific price and billing mode. Our account manager will communicate with you about the service content. After signing the contract, our account manager will assist you in enabling the CDA service, and follow up on subsequent changes, renewals, unsubscriptions, and other related services of the CDA service.
Billing Mode
CDA supports Annual/Monthly Package billing mode. The details are as follows:
• Prepaid Method: Purchase and pay for the service on an annual or monthly basis before use. Users need to top up their accounts first, and then eSurfing Cloud will charge and deduct fees according to their ordering details.
• Postpaid Method: Use the service first before payment. The payment is based on the signed contract and monthly bill.

Access fees of the dedicated physical line: The fees for installing, deploying, and using the circuit from the customer IDC to the access point of the eSurfing Cloud resource pool.
Occupation fees of the cloud port resource: The fees for occupying and using the cloud port resource of the eSurfing Cloud resource pool access point.
