Under such a macro environment, the Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government has summarized four key points of "targeted poverty alleviation in education, network information security, campus safety, and administrative efficiency improvement". 4. Deepen the supply of educational resources, jointly build the Shaanxi Education Cloud Platform, and give full play to the integration and sharing of channels and service mechanisms;
5. Promote the integrated and innovative development of teaching applications, support the construction of the "three classes", jointly build the Shaanxi Education ITV famous school channel, deploy a batch of cloud recording and broadcasting equipment, and create a batch of high-quality microlectures and MOOC courses;
6. Jointly build the employment and entrepreneurship platform for college students in Shaanxi, create a national benchmark, and give full play to the leading role of education informatization;
7. Increase the intensity of targeted poverty alleviation in education, take multiple measures for education poverty alleviation, and help improve the IT literacy of grass-roots educators;
8. Jointly build an education ecological big data alliance, explore new models, develop new products, and promote new technologies together with leading education informatization partners both at home and abroad.
Under the national strategy of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council that focuses on education informatization and drives education modernization with educational informatization to tackle the problems restricting the development of education in China, the establishment of the "Shaanxi Education Big Data Center" not only accelerates the informatization process of but also gives "wisdom wings" to education in Shaanxi. This has become a model for cities in China to carry out education informatization and intelligent upgrading and transformation.
