You can follow the steps below to retrieve your account password if you forget it.
Procedure
1. Open the official website of eSurfing Cloud, click Sign In to access the login page, and click Forgot password in the bottom right corner.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset the password.
a) Fill in the email address, to which the verification code will be sent.
b) After the verification is complete, set a new login password.
