Access Control

Referer-based Hotlink Protection

Access control rules are set based on the Referer field in the HTTP request header to identify and filter visitors and prevent unauthorized use of resources.

IP Blocklist/Trustlist

This feature filters user requests by client IP address. You can use this feature to deny or allow requests from specified IP addresses, protecting CDN POPs against malicious behaviors such as IP theft and attacks.

UA-based Hotlink Protection

CDN can identify terminals based on the User-Agent field in HTTP request headers. This way, CDN can limit user behaviors and deny or allow access from users of a specific type, thus achieving hotlink protection, attack prevention, and prevention of malicious access from stolen IP addresses.

URL Authentication

By verifying the encrypted string and timestamp in the access URL, the user site resources are effectively protected.

Remote Authentication

The request is forwarded back to the pre-configured authentication server, and the LVDN node responds to the user request based on the authentication result returned by the origin server, thus realizing that the user authentication rules are fully defined by the origin server.

HTTPS

HTTPS is the secure version of HTTP, which implements HTTPS encryption of requests between the client and eSurfing Cloud LVDN acceleration node by enabling the HTTPS protocol.

Batch Domain IP Blocking

Supports batch configuration of IP blocklist for multiple domain names at one time.

Media Processing

Live Transcoding

To adapt to different user terminals or network environments, LVDN supports outputting live streams with different bitrates, framerates, resolutions, etc., and also supports adding watermarks to the original streams.

Live Recording

Supports recording live streams as file on-demand and storing them in media storage, so that livestreaming can be converted into file on-demand to facilitate secondary dissemination by customers.

Live Time Shifting

Supports livestreaming scenarios such as sports/games to playback highlights through time shifting.

Snapshot Capturing

Supports capturing snapshots of live streams and saving images in media storage.

Stream Management

Stream Blocking

When customer monitoring finds that a streamer is pushing illegal content, the livestreaming can be suspended and blocked in real time through the blocking feature, and the blocking duration can be customized.

Stream Unblocking

Supports unblocking the blocked streams.

Stream Disconnecting

Supports disconnecting the live stream being pushed through self-service operation, but if the streamer pushes the stream again with the same stream name, it can be successfully pushed.
