1. When the customer's eSurfing Cloud account has no balance and is arrears, eSurfing Cloud will notify the customer to recharge. If the customer fails to pay off the amount owed within 48 hours, the CDN service is disabled for the customer.
2. Customers can suspend or resume domain names according to their own needs.
