If an EIP that is charged by annual or monthly package expires or an IP that is charged as per use is in arrears, the system will freeze the EIP. In the period when the EIP is frozen, the EIP can not be bound but only be unbound. IP addresses in the shared bandwidth can be removed from but not added to it.
If you do not renew your EIP or make up for the overdue amount, the system will destroy the EIP resource. When the EIP is destroyed, the EIP will be unbound from the resource and removed from the shared bandwidth.
Destroyed EIPs cannot be recovered.
To prevent your business from being affected, you should pay attention to the expiration and account balance of the EIP.
