Renewal Rules
Based on the renewal rules of eSurfing Cloud products, the following instructions are given:
1.After the resources of the annual and monthly package are successfully activated, users can renew the subscriptions.
2.The resources in outstanding orders are not allowed to be renewed, such as resources in the process of activation, resources in the process of specification change, and
3.resources in the process of unsubscribing.
4.Resources that have been unsubscribed or released cannot be renewed.

Unsubscribing Rules
Based on the unsubscribing rules of eSurfing Cloud products, the following instructions are given:
1.After the unsubscribing application is submitted, it will be reviewed within 3 business days and the result will be notified by SMS. Upon the successful unsubscribing, the cash payment will be refunded to your cash account in real time, and the voucher payment will not be refunded.
2.If you need to unsubscribe from Cloud Laptop, you can log into the Console of Cloud Laptop and eSurfing Cloud Management Center to unsubscribe.
