Virtual Private Cloud (CT-VPC)

A VPC provides a logically isolated zone for Distributed Message Service (Kafka) to build a secure, reliable, configurable, and managed virtual network environment. For more information, see Virtual Private Cloud.

Elastic Cloud Server (CT-ECS)

After you subscribe to Distributed Message Service (Kafka), an ECS instance is launched by default according to the instance type you select. An ECS instance includes resources such as CPU, memory, image, and cloud disks, and is equipped with capabilities including VPCs, security groups, and data multi-replicas to create an efficient, reliable, and secure computing environment, ensuring the durable and stable operation of Distributed Message Service (Kafka). For more information, see Elastic Cloud Server.

Elastic Volume Service (CT-EVS)

After you subscribe to Distributed Message Service (Kafka), EVS is enabled based on the storage space you select. EVS disks are elastically scalable block storage devices that provide high-performance and highly reliable block storage services for Kafka. For more information, see Elastic Volume Service.

Elastic IP (EIP)

An EIP is a public IP address that can be separately applied for, including public IP address and public egress bandwidth services. EIPs can be dynamically bound to and unbound from Distributed Message Service (Kafka) for the cloud resources to be accessed from the Internet. If you want to access a DMS (Kafka) instance over the Internet, you can launch an EIP and bind it on the Kafka instance launch page. For more information, see Elastic IP.
