Ø  Renewal Limit Description

1. Only customers who have passed real-name authentication can renew their subscriptions.

2. Pay-As-You-Go resources and Annual/Monthly Subscription switch to Pay-As-You-Go resources (completed or in progress) cannot be renewed.

3. Resources in uncompleted orders are not allowed to be renewed, such as resources in the process of activation, resources in the process of specification changes, and resources in the process of unsubscription.

4. Resources that have been unsubscribed or released cannot be renewed.

5. If a resource is renewed upon expiration, the renewal cycle starts from the time the resource is renewed and unfrozen. The new service validity period is calculated, and the fee is calculated based on the new service validity period. For example, if the customer resource expires on September 30, 2020, and is renewed for one month on October 11, then the new service start time of the resource will be October 11 and the expiration date will be November 10. Relevant fees will be calculated starting from October 11.

Ø  Auto-Renewal Rules

To prevent the quota from being frozen or released beyond the time limit due to failure to renew the quota in time, customers can enable auto-renewal after purchasing a monthly and annual subscription product. After auto-renewal is enabled, the system will automatically renew the subscription before the quota expires, eliminating the need for customers to manually renew the subscription.

Application Scope: Auto-renewal only applies to resources with monthly/annual billing mode. Expired resources do not support setting/modifying auto-renewal.

Enabling, Changing and Disabling Auto-renewal

Users can enable auto-renewal, change auto-renewal period, or disable auto-renewal on the Renewal Management page.

Without disabling auto-renewal, the system will continue to automatically renew the subscription on a set cycle as long as there is sufficient balance in the prepaid account or if you are a postpaid customer.

Prepaid users can independently control the enabling, changing, and disabling of the auto-renewal function on the official website. Postpaid users need the assistance of their account manager to enable auto-renewal before they can manage it themselves.

Auto-renewal Cycle

The default auto-renewal cycle for monthly subscription is three months, and the cycle for yearly subscription is 1 year. Users can adjust the auto-renewal period as needed.

Auto-renewal Price

Auto-renewal subscription will be automatically renewed at the prevailing standard price when the order is deducted, and you can enjoy yearly discounts for subscription renewal of one year or more.

The standard price will be restored when the order is automatically renewed and deducted after subscribing to products for special promotions such as zero purchase and flash sales.

Prepaid users cannot pay with vouchers for the time being, only balance payment is supported. Users need to ensure that the account balance is sufficient.

Auto-Renewal Deducting Rules

Payment Methods and Payment Time: Two auto-renewal orders will be placed and deducted 10 days and seven days before the expiration of the resources.

Auto-renewal orders cannot be canceled after they are billed. If customers have any questions, they can initiate an unsubscription and the unsubscription of auto-renewal orders is consistent with the unsubscription rules. When unsubscribing, the auto-renewal of the resource is automatically disabled.

Relationship between Auto-renewal and Manual renewal

Resources that expire in seven days or less, or that have expired, need to be manually renewed, and auto-renewal cannot be set.

After enabling auto-renewal, you can also renew your subscription manually. If you manually renew your subscription before the auto-renewal deduction date, the system will recalculate the order time for the next auto-renewal based on the expiration date after the manual renewal.
