As shown in the figure below, the Protection Management page shows the guided steps for adding protection server and a list of added protection servers.
Ø Adding Protection Server
1. Click "Adding Protection Server" on the Protection Management page, as shown in the figure below:
2. In the pop-up dialog box, configure according to the page prompts. In the server list, all the servers of the user are displayed; in the quota list, all the current quotas of the user are displayed. Select the servers to be protected and select the quota before proceeding to the next step, as shown in the figure below:
3. Add the protection directory, protection file type and local backup directory, and click "Enabling Protection" to start protecting the configured files.
4. Adding a protection directory can be divided into two modes: adding a trustlist or adding a blocklist, which can be configured according to the actual usage scenario. The blocklist mode supports adding protection directories, excluding subdirectories, excluding file types, excluding specified files and local backup directories. After clicking "Enabling Protection", all non-excluded subdirectories, file types and specified files in the directory will start to be protected. Among them, Protection Directory and Local Backup Directory are required.
5. After enabling protection, you can go to the List of Protection Servers, in which displays the servers with added protection and the configured protection directory of each server.
Ø List of Protection Servers
Displays a list of servers that have been added, including added servers, operating systems, number of protection directories, backup directories, protection status and operations. You can enable or disable the protection status of the server, add protection directories, edit backup directories, bind or unbind quotas and delete servers.
Ø Protection Directory Management
1. You can edit and delete the protection directory that has been added to the server, as shown in the figure below:
2. When you click "Edit", the "Editing protection directory" dialog box pops up, as shown in the figure below, allowing you to modify the tampering protection policy you have added.
3. When you click "Delete", the "Deleting directory" dialog box pops up, allowing you can delete the tampering protection policy you have added.
4. If you need to add a protection directory for which protection has been added, click "Adding protection directory", as shown in the figure below:
5. Click and the following dialog box pops up. After entering the protection directory and protection file type, a new protection policy can be added for this server.
6. If you need to modify the local backup directory of the added protection server, please click "Editing backup directory". After modifying the local backup directory, click Confirm to complete the editing, as shown in the figure below:
7. If you no longer need Webpage Tampering Protection for a particular server, you can disable the protection status for that server, as shown in the figure below:
8. After disabling the protection of the server, you can unbind the protection quota of the server and click "Unbinding quota", as shown in the figure below:
9. Click and the following dialog box pops up. After confirmation, the quota will be unbound from the server. After unbinding, the quota can be bound to other servers to provide protection for other servers.
10. After unbinding the quota, you can click "Deleting service", as shown in the figure below:
11. Click and the following dialog box pops up. After confirmation, the server is deleted, that is, the server is no longer displayed in the list of protection servers. If you need to add protection to this server, you need to add the server again.
