Unsubscribing Instructions
CSG can be unsubscribed. You can go to the CSG Console interface and Billing Center to initiate and finish the unsubscribing.
After a CSG instance is unsubscribed, the master package and the expansion node will be unsubscribed together. The expansion nodes cannot be unsubscribed separately.
After the unsubscription is successfully initiated, the instance resource turns to the frozen status for a period of 15 days. During the freezing period, the user configuration data will be retained for 15 days and the security protection is still available. At the same time, the user configuration data will be retained. After 15 days, the resources will be released and cannot be restored after release.

Unsubscribing Procedure
1. Log in to the CSG Console.
2. Select"Order Center" on the left navigation bar to go to the Ordering page.
3. Click"Unsubscribe Now" to go to the unsubscribe page.
4. Confirm the unsubscribe information, select the reason for unsubscribe after the information is confirmed to be correct, check"confirm the cancellation amount and related fees for this subscription", and click"Unsubscribe" to unsubscribe.
