Renewal Instructions
When an order expires and is not renewed, the services in the order become unavailable. It is recommended that you renew the order in advance. For more details, please read the instructions on the renewal rules of eSurfing Cloud.
Manual Renewal
1. Log in to the CSG Console.
2. Select"Order Center"on the left navigation bar to go to the Ordering page.
3. Click"Renew Now" to go to the Renew page.
4. Select"Duration", which ranges from 1 month to 5 years.
5. After reading the eSurfing Cloud CSG Agreement, check"I have read and understood the《Service Agreement of CSG》" and click"Order Now".
6. Go to the Ordering page and complete the payment.
Auto Renewal
Method I: When purchasing CSG, Auto-Renewal is enabled simultaneously. For details, see Purchasing CSG.
Method II: If Auto-Renewal is not enabled when purchasing CSG, you can go to the Billing Center > Order Management > Renewal Management page of eSurfing Cloud and enable automatic renewal through after purchase. For details, see Enabling Auto Renewal.
