To unsubscribe from cloud products on the eSurfing Cloud website, log in to the eSurfing Cloud Management Center to proceed with the unsubscription process. eSurfing Cloud currently supports three categories of unsubscriptions: seven-day unconditional unsubscription, non-seven-day unconditional unsubscription, and unsubscriptions in other conditions. For more details, please refer to eSurfing Cloud Unsubscription Rules.
Procedures
Unsubscribing through the Management Center
1. Log in to the official website of eSurfing Cloud and go to Management Center > Product > Unsubscription management.
2. Select the resources you want to unsubscribe from and click Unsubscribe to access the unsubscription details page. Both individual and batch unsubscription options are available.
3. Before unsubscribing, please read the unsubscription instructions carefully. Then, verify the information of the resources you want to unsubscribe from, including the product name, resource ID, time, and the refundable amount.
4. After verifying the information, check the agreement box, click Unsubscribe, and confirm again. Once confirmed, the unsubscription process will be completed immediately. The money will then be refunded to your eSurfing Cloud account balance. You can withdraw the balance by following the withdrawal instructions.
