This section introduces how to top up your account.
When your account balance is insufficient, you can top up your account through online payment or bank transfers and remittances.
Important Notes
Please complete the billing information before topping up your account. For more information about the procedure, see the corresponding billing document. To complete the billing information, follow this path: eSurfing Cloud international website portal > Me > Personal Center > Edit Information.
If unpaid bills exist, the topped up amount is first used to settle these bills.
Currently, invoice issuance is unavailable for the international website due to the restrictions of the contracting party.
Online Payment
1. Log in to the international website of eSurfing Cloud, click Management Center in the upper-right corner of the homepage, and click Recharge in the Account Information section to go to the recharge page.
2. Select Recharge and enter the amount of funds that you want to add. By default, the currency is US Dollar. The amount must be no less than USD 20 each time. After entering the amount, read and select the checkbox for precautions, and then click the Recharge button. On the page that appears, select a payment method.
3. Complete the payment. Then, you are prompted that the amount is successfully added. You can go back to the balance details page to view the balance and the recharge record.
