Renewal Rules
1. On-demand resources and resources that have been converted from a monthly/yearly plan to on-demand (either completed or in progress) are not eligible for renewal.
2. Resources in incomplete orders are not eligible for renewal. This includes resources in the process of activation, changing configuration or unsubscription.
3. Resources that have been previously unsubscribed or released cannot be renewed.
4. If a resource is renewed after it expires, the renewal cycle starts when the resource is unfrozen after renewal. The new service validity period will apply and the fee is calculated according to the new service validity period. For example, if the customer resource expires on September 30, 2023 and is renewed for one month on October 11, the resource’s new service start date is October 11 and the expiration date is November 10. Relevant fees will be calculated from October 11.
