Renewals Before Expirations
For annual/monthly subscriptions of DMS RocketMQ, you renew a resource before expiration and extend the expiration time of the original resource and prevent it from being frozen after expiration or reclaimed by the system after the grace period.
You can renew your resources on the Renewal Management page. For details, please refer to Renewal Management.
Auto renewal: Currently, you cannot automatically renew DMS RocketMQ in both billing modes.
You can change specifications and upgrade instances.
Upon Expiration
Upon expiration, DMS RocketMQ will enter a grace period, and you cannot access or use DMS RocketMQ normally, but data stored in DMS RocketMQ will be retained.
l If you renew your subscription within 15 days after the expiration date, the new cycle is calculated from your renewal time.
l If you do not renew your subscription within 15 days after expiration, data stored in DMS RocketMQ will be deleted.
Reasons for Overdue Payments
In the pay-as-you-go mode, the account balance is insufficient.
Suspension due to Overdue Payments
l When it is in arrears, DMS RocketMQ will automatically stop.
l The storage space resources you use will continue to be charged, so the unpaid amount will increase.
l If you pay off the arrears within 15 days, the service will be activated automatically.
l When the payment is 15 days past due, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily given up the service. All the data you saved in DMS RocketMQ will be destroyed, and the data cannot be recovered after destruction. Therefore, please pay attention to your account balance and renew the service in time to ensure that your service is not suspended.
l If you decide to no longer use DMS RocketMQ, delete the data you stored on it in time.
Recharge
To check arrears information, you can view the details of the arrears or Bills. To prevent relevant resources from being stopped or released, recharge your account in time. To prevent the account from being overdue, you must complete the overdue payments within the given time. For details, see Online Recharge.
