Scenario
RocketMQ provides comprehensive and thoughtful services to support your subscription and renewal needs.
l Renewal: For subscription-based messaging services, you can extend the service period before it expires by renewing the service.
l Unsubscription: You can delete an instance if it is no longer needed.
Renew
1. Log in to the RocketMQ Console. You can see a list of instances under the current tenant.
2. Click on the column of the instance that needs to be changed. Choose More > Renew.
3. Go to the renewal page. In the pop-up window, select the renewal duration, and click OK to proceed.
Unsubscribe
1. Log in to the RocketMQ Console. You can see a list of instances under the current tenant.
2. Click on the column of the instance that needs to be changed. Choose More > Unsubscribe.
3. Go to the unsubscription page. In the pop-up window, click OK to proceed.
Note:
l The unsubscribed instance will be frozen, make sure to stop all applications before unsubscribing.
l Before applying for unsubscription, back up your data, if necessary. After unsubscribing, the data will be retained for 15 natural days, and then the data will be deleted with no backup.
