Expired and Overdue Payments

·       If an activated subscription-based instance is not renewed in time, the retention period will apply.

·       Retention period: When a user's yearly/monthly resources have not been renewed or the overdue payments for pay-as-you-go resources have not been paid off after the grace period, the retention period will apply. During the retention period, the user cannot access or use their cloud service, but the data they stored in the service will still be retained.

·       In the retention period, eSurfing Cloud will contact the user via email, SMS, etc. to remind them to renew their subscription or top up their account. If the retention period expires and their subscription is not renewed or their account is not topped up, the data stored in the cloud service will be deleted and the cloud service resources will be released.

·       Details of the overdue payments are viewable. To prevent the relevant resources from being stopped or released, remember to recharge your account in time. If you have overdue payments, you must pay them off within the given time.
