What Databases on eSurfing Cloud Does Database Audit Protect?

Database Audit currently does not support databases managed by eSurfing Cloud.

Why Can't I See the Instance that Is Being Created After I Purchased It?

When you purchase a database audit instance, a system disk will be created on the virtual machine (VM) where the instances reside.

In addition, the network will be configured. The creation and configuration may take some time. Therefore, the instances are not immediately displayed.

After purchasing a database security service instance, it is recommended that you refresh the page and then view the instance you created.

Does Database Audit Upload Logs Using the Internet Bandwidth or the Intranet Bandwidth?

Database Audit uploads logs through the intranet bandwidth and does not occupy the Internet resources.

Will My Services Be Affected If I Do Not Renew Database Audit After It Expires?

If you do not renew Database Audit after it expires, Database Audit will be unavailable. Your other services will not be affected. For database and asset security purposes, you are advised to renew Database Audit.
