Custom reports. Users can customize the report content (including the document structure and report data).
To customize a report, you need to set the Report Data first, and then customize the report.
Report Data Management
Report data is the actual content displayed in the custom report, which is a statistical analysis of audit logs, alarm logs, and session logs from different dimensions (e.g. client IP addresses, and server names).
Procedure to Add Report Data
1. In the left menu, select Report Center > Custom Reports to enter the custom report page, select the Manage Report Data tab, and then click Add.
2. Go to the Add Data Report page and edit the relevant information.
3. Edit the name (must consist of Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underlines (_), dots (.) or dashes (-), within 64 characters).
4. Select the statistical dimensions and statistical metrics.
5. Set the filtering conditions and click Add.
6. In the pop-up Add Filter Condition dialog box, set the name (must consist of Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underlines (_), dots (.) or dashes (-), within 64 characters) and conditions, and click Save.
7. Click the icon in the filtering condition text box and select a filtering condition.
8. Then, click Save.
Adding Custom Reports
1. In the left menu, select Report Center > Custom Reports to enter the custom report page and click Add.
2. Go to the Add Custom Report page and edit the name and description.

Name | Used to label custom reports. It must consist of Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underlines (_), dots (.) or dashes (-), within 48 characters. |
Description | You need to customize the report description. No constraints on character types; within 64 characters. |
3. Click Heading 1 and edit it on the right side of the page (must consist of Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underlines (_), dots (.) or dashes (-), within 48 characters).
4. Click Heading 2 and edit it on the right side of the page (must consist of Chinese characters, letters, numbers, underlines (_), dots (.) or dashes (-), within 48 characters).
5. Click Body and enter text on the right side of the page (No constraints on character types; within 1000 characters. The system provides a format editing tool, which can be used to enrich the body formats).
6. Click Analysis Objects and Scopes and select the display content on the right side of the page. Currently, you can choose from: All, Objects Only, or Scopes Only.
7. Click Icon, select Report Data, Chart Type and Icon Heading on the right side of the page, and set the Display Metric or Display Dimension.
8. Click Save to complete the settings.
