Dashboard
In the left menu, select Overview > Dashboard to enter the Dashboard page.
The Dashboard module provides visual charts to intuitively display the system operation status, including system resource usage summary, situation analysis, alarm rankings and asset information summary.
On the dashboard, you can view the following information or perform the following operations:
l View parameters such as the number of instances, total number of audits, total number of alarms, and space usage.
l View audit trends, alarm trends, session trends, and alarm statistics for a specified period. Click More in the alarm rankings to optimize the alarms on the alarm analysis page.
l View asset summaries, asset activity time, and asset status for a specified period. The data can be sorted by the number of audits, the number of alarms, the number of sessions, the number of execution failures, and the number of login failures.
l In the instance quantity module, click Add to add a new asset.
l In the "total number of alarms" module, click "Optimize Alarms" to optimize alarms on the alarm analysis page.
Table Analysis
In the left menu, select Overview > Table Analysis to enter the Table Analysis page.
The Table Analysis module helps you grasp the usage of the database from the chart perspective, database/SID perspective, and asset perspective, identify hot databases and charts, sort databases, charts, and fields, and set targeted rules after converting them into object groups.
Chart Perspective
Displays an overview of chart usage from a global perspective. By default, the audit data for the day is displayed and analyzed, and the data is arranged in reverse order by the number of audits. If you detect a chart that needs attention, you can click the specific chart name in the Table Name column to enter the detail page.
Table Details
Displays the basic information of the table, audit quantity, number of affected rows, access relationships, etc., and you can leave remarks and set object group information for the database/SID, table, and field. The information displayed in the submenus is as follows:
Table Structure: Displays the information of the node to which the table belongs, as well as the number of corresponding subordinate nodes and the number of audits.
XX Details (XX is the specific table name or database/SID name or asset name, subject to the actual name displayed): Displays the basic information of the table. You can leave remarks and set object group information for the table and database/SID.
Field Information: Displays the field information contained in the selected table. You can leave remarks and set object group information for the field.
Data Flow Trend: Displays the audit quantity and affected rows of the table in each period.
Access Relationship Analysis: Uses charts to display the client IP address, database account, and operation type information used to access the table, which is used to sort access permissions and help the user minimize permissions.
Database/SID Perspective
Analyzes the usage of the database from a global perspective, displays the audit data of the day by default, and arranges them in reverse order by audit quantity. If you detect a database/SID that needs attention, you can click the name of the database/SID in the Database/SID column to enter the detail page.
Asset Perspective
Analyzes the usage of assets from a global perspective. You can click an asset name to enter the detail page.
The asset detail page displays the basic information of the asset, audit quantity, number of affected rows, access relationships, etc. The statistics dimension of the asset details page is based on the access to the selected asset.
