Before creating and using KMS, you must register an eSurfing Cloud account. This section describes how to register an account. If you have already had an eSurfing Cloud account, you can log in with your eSurfing Cloud account and Activate KMS.
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud International Site https://ctcss.esurfingcloud.com. Click Sign Up Free.
2. Enter your registration information. Enter your email, set the login password, select countries/regions, and enter the verification code sent to your email.
3. Select Agreement and click Next to register your account.
