You can unsubscribe from KMS on the KMS console or in the eSurfing Cloud Cost Center.
Unsubscription
eSurfing Cloud allows you to unsubscribe from KMS in compliance with eSurfing Cloud unsubscription rules. The unsubscription methods include 7-day full refund, non-7-day full refund, and other refunds. For details, see Unsubscription Rules.
After unsubscription, the refund amount will be returned to your account balance, and you can withdraw it as needed. For details, see Balance Withdrawal.
Note: You can unsubscribe from KMS Basic Edition and Enterprise Edition. The default key is created by eSurfing Cloud and is a free resource. After successful unsubscription, KMS will be frozen for 15 days. During the freezing period, resources and configurations such as keys will be retained for 15 days, and will be released after the freezing period (15 days) and cannot be restored after release. |
Operation Steps
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud Control Center.
2. Click the region selection box on the top of the page and select a region.
3. On the product service list page, go to Security > Key Management.
4. On the left navigation bar, select Information Overview. The information overview page is displayed.
5. On the service information display page, click Unsubscribe.
6. Go to the unsubscription application page, confirm the unsubscription information, and select the unsubscription reason. Check "I have confirmed the amount of this subscription cancellation and related costs" and Click Unsubscribe.
7. The system prompts that the unsubscription request has been submitted successfully. You can go to the order details page to check the unsubscription progress.
