A: Check whether the local and ZOS networks are normal. If network exception exists, eliminate the exception to ensure normal communication.

Check your account permissions. Please grant corresponding operation permissions if no permission is granted.

If the current user has created up to 100 buckets, some idle data in the buckets shall be deleted.

Q: What should I do if I fail to delete buckets?

A: Failure reason: You must not delete non-null buckets in ZOS. When a bucket is not null or the bucket is the target bucket for log storage, the bucket cannot be deleted.

Solution: Delete the files in the bucket or cancel all log storage settings with the bucket as the target bucket.

Q: What is the relationship between bucket storage category and object-oriented storage category?

A： When you upload an object, the object-oriented storage category inherits the bucket storage category by default. You can also modify the object-oriented storage category individually as needed. When you have modified the bucket storage category, the storage category of existing objects in the bucket will not be modified while the default object-oriented storage category for newly uploaded objects will be modified accordingly.

Q: Can you modify the region where a bucket is located?

A： No. Once a bucket is created successfully, the region cannot be changed.
