• Only clients who have passed real-name authentication can perform renewal operations.
• Pay-As-You-Go resources and Monthly/Annual Subscription resources switch to Pay-As-You-Go (completed or in progress) cannot be renewed.
• Resources in unfinished orders, such as those activated, those in specification changes, and those in unsubscription, are not allowed to be renewed.
• Resources that have been unsubscribed or released cannot be renewed.
• If the resource expires and is subsequently charged, the renewal period starts from the unfreezing of the resource renewal. The new valid period is calculated, and the fee calculated based on the new valid period. For example, if the customer resource expires on September 30, 2020, and is renewed for one month on October 11, then the new service start time of the resource will be October 11 and the expiration date will be November 10. Relevant fees will be calculated starting from October 11.
