To avoid the domain name being automatically deactivated and the protection service terminated after the expiration of the AOne resources, you can manually renew the resources before the expiration or set an automatic renewal service. Regarding the conditions of the AOne, we give explanations to you. Please be sure to read the following content before the renewal.
Renewal Rules
• Resources in unfinished orders, such as those activated, those in specification changes, and those in unsubscription, are not allowed to be renewed.
• Resources that have been unsubscribed or released cannot be renewed.
• Resources that are in service and have expired for more than 7 days can be automatically renewed.
If the resource expires and is subsequently charged, the renewal period starts from the unfreezing of the resource renewal. The new valid period is calculated, and the fee calculated based on the new valid period. For example, if the client's resource expires on September 30, 2020 and is renewed for one month on October 11, then the new service for the resource starts on October 11 and expires on November 10. The relevant fees are calculated from October 11.
Package type combination products purchased in sets need to be renewed as a whole, while resources with mounting relationships on non-set orders can be renewed for individual resources.
