eSurfing Cloud allows you to query summary data, bill statements, and details of bills and export bill records. For details, please refer to: Summary Data。
Consumption Overview
This page displays summary data such as the payable amount and deduction details in different dimensions. Only one record of summary data is displayed for each product.
Bill Statements
This page displays your orders by billing mode or by billing cycle. You are charged based on bills generated for these orders. You can export bill records to XLSX or CSV files and download them on the Export Records page.
Bill Details
This page displays the details of your bills from different dimensions. You can specify custom filter conditions to view the related data. You can also export bill records to XLSX or CSV files and download them on the Export Records page.
Export Records
After exporting bills, you can click Download and view all file export records on the Export Records page.
Procedure
1. Log in with the eSurfing Cloud account. In the upper-right corner of the page, go to My > Billing Center.
2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Bill Management, and then click Bill Overview, Bill Statements, Bill Details, and Export Records respectively to query bills from different dimensions.
Query of data usage within the package
If the billing method for the package you subscribe to is traffic, you can refer to the following methods to check the usage of traffic within the package:

You can enter the product service page in the Billing Details to check the usage of data within the package.
