What Should You Do If the Data and Bandwidth Included in the AccessOne EdgeTrans Package Are Not Enough after Purchasing the Package?
The AccessOne EdgeTrans billing involves three parts: basic package+charges outside the package+extended services.
• Basic package (compulsory): You can purchase different specifications of packages according to your needs to obtain EdgeTrans of corresponding standards. For details, please refer to the Basic Package for EdgeTrans.
• Extra charges outside the package (overcharge): If the data/bandwidth within the package is used up, you can order a resource package or activate on-demand services. For specific charges, please refer to the Charges outside EdgeTrans Package.
• Extended Services (optional): If the capabilities included in the package do not meet your needs, such as increasing the number of domain names, you can choose to subscribe to the extended services. For specific billing, please refer to the Charges for EdgeTrans Extended Services.
If the data and bandwidth included in the package are insufficient, you can subscribe to a resource package or activate on-demand billing. For specific billing, please refer to the Charges outside EdgeTrans Package.
If the number of domain names included in the package is insufficient, you can supplement it by purchasing a domain name extension package. After a successful purchase of the domain name extension package, the total number of domain names available for use will be the sum of the quantity included in the package and the domain name extension package.
Note:
Note: The free version does not support purchasing extended services.

How Can You Close AccessOne EdgeTrans or Stop Billing?
After opening AccessOne EdgeTrans, as long as you don’t add a domain name, billing is not incurred.
If you’ve already added a domain name, you can log in to the AccessOne Console, and go to the Access Control > Domain Name Access > Domain Name Management page. You can refer to the following methods to stop billing:
• Disabling a domain name: After a domain name is disabled, the CNAME of the domain name is resolved to the address of your origin server. On the console, the domain name status changes to Disabled. Please refer to Disabling Domain Name.
• Deleting a domain name: The Delete button is only visible when the domain name status shows Disabled, please see Deleting A Domain Name.
Why Do You still Have Excess Bills When You’ve activated the Service according to the Package?
• Reason: The AccessOne package includes some traffic by default. If the data is used up, you are charged on demand by default. For example, EdgeTrans-Advanced Version package includes 5 T of accelerated traffic by default. If the actual business has already used 5.2 T, the excess 0.2 T is charged based on on-demand traffic. Please refer to the Charges outside EdgeTrans Package.
• Solution: Based on the evaluation of business history, you can purchase traffic packages in advance as a supplement to avoid exceeding the bill. As to how to purchase a traffic package, please refer to Buying a Traffic Package.
How Can You Subscribe to AccessOne Resource Package?
• Purchase instructions: Compared to pay as you go, resource packages offer higher discounts. You can choose the most suitable resource package according to your actual business needs.
• Valid period of resource package: It is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If the resource package expires, it cannot be used. To ensure business stability, please purchase the resource package in a timely manner before it is exhausted or expires.
• Cancellation instructions: Unused resource packages can be canceled, and do not cancel the remaining traffic after using the resource package.
• How to subscribe to a resource package: AccessOne supports the purchase method of resource packages, please refer to Purchasing A Traffic Package.
Why Do Charges or Overdue Payments Still Occur After You Purchase Resource Packages?
• Reason: If the purchased traffic package is exhausted or expires without timely renewal, the excess traffic is automatically billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. For example, if you purchase a traffic package of 500 GB and 550 GB is actually used for acceleration, the excess 50 GB traffic is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
• Solution: Before the purchased traffic package has some amount left or is about to expire, eSurfing Cloud reminds the account contact person via email. If you expect to continue using the billing mode of the traffic package, you should promptly resubscribe to the traffic package that matches the business quota specifications after receiving the reminder.
Note:
Note: Newly purchased traffic packages cannot be used to deduct the traffic fees that are already incurred on a pay-as-you-go basis.
