Prerequisites
You have obtained permission to access to My Team page. For menu permissions, see Permission Description.
Precautions
• When a user joins an organization, they are automatically added to the public team of the current organization.
• If the user has not specified any team to join. After they go to the My Team interface, the current team is a public team by default.
² Description
Each organization has a public team. When a user logs in to DMS, they are automatically added to the public team of the current organization.
Viewing Team Members
On the left navigation bar, click Personal Center > My Team. Go to the My Team page, you can view the information of all the team members, including user names, roles in the team, system roles, and more. In addition, you can search for team members through such conditions as the team role type and user name.
Viewing All Teams
On the My Team interface, select the Team Member tab. An View All Teams icon appears beside the dropdown box of the team. Click this button to view the information of all teams in the current organization.
² Description
The public team is the default team of the system, and cannot be exited.
Applying to Join a Team
1. On the left menu bar, click Personal Center > My Team in succession.
2. Click the Team Member tab. At the top of the page, click the View All Teams button to open the All Teams pop-up window.
3. Select the target team, click the Apply to Join button to open the pop-up window. Select the team role on the pop-up window and click the OK button to submit the team order. After the team administrator of the target team approves the order, you can join the team.
You can go to Security Center > My Order > Team Application Order page to view the details of the team order and order process.
Viewing Team Instances
On the My Team page, click the Team Instance tab to switch to the Team Instance interface. On the Team Instance interface, you can view information about all instances in the team, including instance name, address, database type, and more. In addition, you can search for the instance in the team through conditions such as instance name and database type.
