Background
Organization is a foundational concept in DMS. When you enter DMS with each eSurfing Cloud master account, the system automatically creates an organization and designates it as the super administrator for this organization. In addition, when you enter DMS with a sub-account under this master account, the sub-account is automatically added to the same organization as the corresponding master account. The master account can add other accounts to the organization. Either the master account or the sub-account can join different organizations. Users and database instances within each organization are isolated from one another and operate independently.
Viewing Organization Information
1. Log in to DMS.
2. Visit the Console Home page. Click the avatar in the upper right corner to view your personal information, including information about your current organization.
Switching Organizations
1. Log in to DMS.
2. Visit the Console Home page. Click the avatar in the upper right corner to display your personal information. Then, click Switch Organizations to display the Switch Organizations pop-up window.
3. This interface displays a list of all organizations that the user has joined. Select one of the organizations and click OK to switch.
