This section describes how to log in to your DMS account.
Login Method
Currently, you can only log in to the DMS Console using an eSurfing Cloud account.
Prerequisites
You already have an eSurfing Cloud account (main account/sub-account).

Before using an eSurfing Cloud sub-account to enter the DMS, make sure that the eSurfing Cloud master account corresponding to the sub-account has logged in to the DMS.
Function Introduction
You can use your eSurfing Cloud account to log in, navigate, and use DMS.
Before using DMS, you need to register an eSurfing Cloud account. Please visit our official website and click the Register button in the upper right corner. On the Register page, you need to fill in your personal information, including email address, password, cell phone number, and more. Please ensure that the information you fill in is true and valid to allow us to deliver timely service. After successful registration, you can log in to eSurfing Cloud using the email address provided during the registration process, or you can choose from other available login methods. During the login process, the system will verify your account information. If the authentication passes, you can successfully log in to the eSurfing Cloud official website.
On the eSurfing Cloud website page, you can access Products > Database > Database Management Tools > DMS and go to the DMS Details page.
On the DMS Details page, you can click the Console button to directly access the DMS Console, where you can perform corresponding operations.
Precautions
• Enter the correct information: Double-check the email and password you entered to ensure they are correct. Incorrect information will result in a login failure. In this case, please enter the correct information and try again.
• Stay logged in: After successful login, you will stay logged in until you voluntarily log out or close the service. Take care to protect your privacy and data security and avoid disclosing sensitive information in public places.
• Update password regularly: To ensure your account security, we recommend that you update your account password regularly. Avoid using an easy-to-guess password, like your name or birthday. We also recommend that you use a complex and random password and regularly change it to enhance security.
• Watch for account activity: If you become aware of unusual account activity or operations, please contact our customer service support team promptly for assistance and resolution. We will monitor and manage your account activity to ensure the security of your data.
