The reporting system is used to manage reports, and you can export reports from the reporting system.The following reports are supported:
Security patrol report - Word
Security patrol report - HTML
Compliance report
The methods of managing different types of reports are similar. The security patrol report - Word is used as an example to describe how to manage reports.
1. Create a report
Click the Create Report button to open the Create Report page.
(1) Select a report template.
Move the pointer over the template that you want to use and click View to view the introduction and preview of the template.
(2) Select a report range
Different report templates support different report ranges. You must select a report range according to the specific template.
(3) Enter report information
Enter a report name, description, and expression that specifies scheduled execution.Note that the report name cannot contain special characters.
(4) Report task created.
After the report task is created successfully, you can go to the report list to execute the report task.
2. Execute a report task.
Select a report task from the report task list and click Execute in the Action column to execute the report task.
3. Download a report.
After a report task execution is complete, click Download Report in the Action column to download the latest report.
4.Modify/Delete a report
Click the '...' icon in the Action column and select Modify or Delete from the drop-down list to modify or delete the report.
5. View execution records.
Click the '...' icon in the Action column and select View Execution Records from the drop-down list to view the execution records of the report task. You can view execution records generated within the last seven days and download the report files of the corresponding execution records.
