Feature Description
The Hierarchical View tab page offers a systematic view for you to query assets. It helps you quickly understand the general asset information by categorizing assets and displaying their statistics. In addition, as an entry to view the details in the hierarchical view, it is structured to effectively guide you to run index-based queries.
This tab page consists of 12 function modules:
Host Assets: The module contains information about all hosts, including the basic information, operation and maintenance information, agent information, and Bash plug-in installation information.
Process Port: The module contains information about all processes in the hosts, and the port information of the running processes.
System Accounts: The module contains information about all accounts in the hosts, and the information about user groups.
Hardware Configuration: The module contains information about all host hardware configurations and hardware resource consumption.
Software Applications: The module contains information about all software applications in the hosts.
Web Services: The module contains information about all web services in the hosts.
Database: The module contains information about all databases in the hosts.
Web Sites: The module contains information about all web sites in the hosts.
Web Applications: The module contains information about all web applications in the hosts.
Web Application Frameworks: The module contains information about all web frameworks in the hosts.
Installation Packages and Class Libraries: The module contains information about installation packages and JAR files in the hosts.
Other: The module contains information about non-core assets, including startup options, scheduled tasks, environment variables, and kernel variables.
How to View the Asset Statistics
Click a module and the expand/collapse button to expand the specific asset statistics.
Click the button in the upper-right corner to expand the content of all modules.
Then, the upper-right button becomes , click Collapse to collapse the content of all modules.
Click the statistical value in each module to go to the corresponding Asset Details Page to view the details of the asset in all hosts.
If you want to view the assets of only one host, click the Find Host button to find the host and then view the details.
The asset information in all hosts is automatically updated once a day. If you want to obtain the latest information, click the Update Data button in the upper-right corner to manually trigger an update. For the statistics in the function, you can also manually trigger an update by clicking Update Statistics.
When you query asset details, you can view the details by asset or by host. You can switch between these two views as needed.
In addition, on the asset details page, you can also operate the list to obtain the desired query results.
Filter/search area: Filter the list content as needed.
Update Data button: Click to manually trigger an update of the current asset data.
Export All button: Click to export all asset data in the list.
Set Show Columns: Click to control whether to show/hide certain information in the list by selecting column names.
Checkbox: Select the checkbox to select the corresponding row of data for performing operations such as Export
