This section describes the Risk Overview tab page in the Server Security Defender console. This tab page provides a graphical overview of system risk items and offers an intuitive display of the existing system issues.
It mainly consists of seven modules:
Risk Overview: performs a security assessment and assigns a score based on the overall system risks.
Risk Trend: shows the changing trend of risk assessment scores over a certain period of time.
Risk Category Statistics: shows the statistics about different categories of risk items.
Application Risk Item Statistics: shows the statistics of risk items of different applications. In this context, applications have a broad scope, which may refer to software applications such as Redis and MySQL, names of software packages or dependency libraries such as glibc and OpenSSL, or patch names associated with system objects such as kernel, Linux, and bash.
Vulnerable Host List: shows the most vulnerable hosts.
Critical Risk Items: shows the top risk items that require immediate remediation. The highest priority for remediation is assigned to risk items with the highest severity level (critical) that affect high-level host assets.
Risk Item Statistics for Business Groups: shows the risk item statistics of hosts in different service groups.
