This section describes the steps to upgrade Server Security Defender.
Procedure
Log in to the eSurfing Cloud website, and go to Console > Server Security Defender. Click on the Upgrade button of the corresponding order.
Basic edition: Click Upgrade, and the Enterprise edition will be selected by default on the upgrade page. You can change to the Ultimate version.
Enterprise edition: Click Upgrade, and only the Ultimate version is available.
Ultimate edition: This is the highest version and cannot be upgraded.
Select the required specifications for upgrade and submit the order.
Note
Please note that you can only upgrade from the Basic edition to the Enterprise or Ultimate edition, or from the Enterprise edition to the Ultimate edition. Downgrading is not supported (such as from the Ultimate edition to the Enterprise edition).
