How to Uninstall the Agent
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud platform, go to Control Center > Server Security Defender, locate the order, and then click Console to go to the Server Security Defender console.
2. Choose General Functions > Service Tools > Agent Management to go to the Agent Management page, and click Delete Agent to completely remove all data of the agent in the product. The message Data removal in progress is displayed on the page. After the data is removed, the statistics update will be triggered and the Agent Uninstall instruction will be delivered to release the AgentID.
