Using Cloud Log Service
Cloud Log Service provides large-scale, low-cost, centralized platform services for massive log data of applications, can collect, process, query and analyze logs, and has visualization, alarm and delivery for consumption capabilities.
The process of using Cloud Log Service is described below.
· Create a Log Project
Log project is the resource management unit for Cloud Log Service. You can use log projects to manage data in different applications, products, or projects. For each log project, you can create multiple log units, through which you can access Cloud Log Service resources. This section describes how to manage log projects with the console.
· Create a Log Unit
Log unit is the basic unit for collecting, storing, querying, and analyzing log data in Cloud Log Service. Each log unit belongs to a log project, and multiple log units can be created in each log project. This section describes how to manage log units with the console.
· Create Log Collection Rules
Cloud Log Service provides a collector for log collection, which helps users collect logs in various data source scenarios and import them into Cloud Log Service. Currently, Linux cloud servers are supported for collection through the collector, as well as the collection of standard container output or file logs.
· Query and Analyze Logs
Cloud Log Service supports second-level queries for hundreds of millions of log data, can quickly locate target fields and filter log query results to support applications with complex search functions and requirements.
