1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud Console. Click 
in the upper-left corner of the console, and select a region.
2. Select Storage > Scalable File Service to go to the Scalable File Service page.
3. Click Create File System in the upper right corner to enter the Create File System page.
4. Configure parameters according to the interface prompts. The parameter description is shown in the table

5. After the configuration is completed, click Next to go to the purchase interface and determine the relevant specifications and configurations. Read eSurfing Cloud SFS Agreement.
6. After confirmation, read and agreed to the terms, click to purchase, and complete the payment for Annual/Monthly Package, thus finalizing the purchase of the SFS.
7. Wait until the status of the file system becomes Available, which indicates that the file system is successfully created.
