Is the SFS in the Pay-As-You-Go mode charged once I activate the service?
Once you purchase the SFS, it is charged based on the purchased capacity, regardless of whether the cloud server is mounted or whether all storage space is used.
Delete the SFS if you no longer use it. When you delete the SFS, you are no longer charged. For details, Deleting a Pay-As-You-Go File System.
How do I check if my account is in arrears or not?
You can check your amount of arrears by going to Management Center - Overview - Account Information. Arrears may result in the inability to use on-demand products and services under your account, and resource freezing may impact service reading and writing. Recharging within 15 days of arrears can unfreeze resources. Failure to recharge within 15 days may destroy the frozen on-demand resources.
Annual/Monthly Package can be unsubscribed within seven days without reason. Are there any deductions for this unsubscription?
You have up to three unsubscribed opportunities within seven days without providing a reason per account. No deductions are made for unsubscribing newly purchased resources within seven days. However, operations such as renewal, capacity expansion, and changes are not allowed during this period. If performed, it is not treated as unsubscribing without reason within seven days, and corresponding usage fees and unsubscribing fees are charged. In addition, vouchers, coupons, etc are not refunded. For details, see Description of Unsubscribing Rules.
Is uploading or downloading data using the file system charged?
For the data migration between the local and cloud SFS, you need to configure the cloud server as a transfer node to access the SFS from the public network. The data migration mainly involves the charging of elastic WAN IP.
Under Annual/Monthly Package mode or Billing by Bandwidth mode: The billing is based on the specified bandwidth size with unlimited traffic.
Under the Billing by Bandwidth mode: The billing is based on the used upward traffic, and not for the downward traffic. That is, no traffic fee is charged for uploading data to the file system while traffic fee is charged by the elastic WAN IP if you download data from the file system.
