What is a service quota?
A service quota is a platform limit on the quantity or capacity for each service resource that you can use to avoid abuse of resources, for example, the maximum number of ECSs, EVSs, or file systems you can create.
If the current resource quota limit cannot meet your needs, you can apply for quota expansion.
