Application Scenarios
After a file system is unsubscribed, the data stored in the file system cannot be recovered. To avoid data loss, make sure that all files stored on the file system are backed up before unsubscribing.
Precautions
When unsubscribing a file system, all the file system data is deleted. Please operate with caution.
Unsubscribed file systems are not recoverable. Please operate with caution.
The Annual/Monthly Package file system supports unsubscribing.
To unsubscribe from a file system, you must unbind all VPCs.
Procedure
You can unsubscribe resources that have been newly purchased with an Annual/Monthly package in full amount within seven days after subscription without specific reason (Please note that this does not apply to the instances that have undergone capacity expansion and renewal operations). To unsubscribe non-newly purchased resources with an annual/monthly subscription, certain conditions must be met. For details, see Unsubscribing Rules.
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud Console, click in the upper left corner of the console, and select a region.
2. Select Storage Console > Scalable File Service. Go to the Scalable File Service page and find the destination file system that you want to delete in the file system list.
3. Click the file system name and go to the Details page. On the VPC tab, click the Unbind button under the VPC name operation to unbind the VPC. Repeat this operation to unbind all VPCs bound to the file system.
4. You can unsubscribe from Annual/Monthly Package file systems in the following two ways:
a) In the Scalable File Service list, select the file system to be unsubscribed, click Unsubscribe in the Operation bar, and click OK on the pop-up page to complete the unsubscribe process.
b) In the Scalable File Service list, click the file system name to enter the Details page. In the upper-right corner of the Details page, click the Unsubscribe button and click OK on the pop-up page to complete the unsubscribe process.
