Backup Configuration
• When you order an RDS for MySQL instance, the data storage space and backup storage space are configured at 1:1 by default. During use, you can expand your data storage space and the backup storage space respectively.
• You can use the ZOS product to store backup data when ordering instances. For supported resource pools, see Product Introduction-Overview of Product Features.
Billing Mode
• If you directly delete the frozen instance, the original automatic backups are also deleted simultaneously, and the backup space will no longer be charged for automatic backups.
• If you use the ZOS product to store backup data when ordering instances, after your instance is frozen, the backup will continue to be billed. For billing details, see the Billing Instructions of the ZOS.
