Log in to the Console.
In the upper left corner of the Console, click
and select Region and Project.
Select Database > Relational database... Go to the Relational Database Information page.
On the Instance Management page, click the Create a Database Instance button to start creating the instance.
Select the appropriate instance specification and database version according to the requirements and select more than two AZs to set up cross-AZ instances. Figure 2 Select Node AZ Information
After confirming the information, click Pay. After the payment is complete, complete the payment process.
When the instance is created, you can view AZ information on the Instance Details page.
