Note: This section will describe the billing mode by annual or monthly package.
1、Billing Mode
(1)Upfront mode: You need to log in to the eSurfing Cloud User Center to top up your account. The system will deduct the amount from your cloud account according to the resources you purchase.
(2)Billing period: Billing on a monthly basis, i.e. using calendar month as the billing cycle. You will enjoy special offers and discounts for annual package as specified on the official website.
2、Upgrade Rules
If the upgrade time of the RDS is less than a full month, the upgraded configuration will be billed according to the actual number of days in the current month.
3、Renewal Rules
To renew the Database, the renewal fee is charged on a monthly basis according to the original subscription mode.
4、Unsubscription Rules
If you unsubscribe from the RDS, you will be charged according to the actual number of days in the month if the service is ordered less than a full month.
After you unsubscribe from the RDS, the instance will be frozen for a period of 15 days. If your subscription is not renewed after this period, the instance will be deleted.
5、Reminder/Notification Rules
(1)Expiration notification: You will receive an Email notification 7 days and 3 days prior to expiration, and receive both Email notification and SMS 1 day prior to expiration and on the day when expiration comes into effect.
(2)Post-expiration notification: You will receive an Email notification 1 day after expiration, and receive both Email notification and SMS 3 days and 7 days after expiration.
