In the CMS, users can export bulk export the binding relation table, export resource specification mapping, bulk confirm, bulk confirm logs and resource creation logs, and search by keywords. These operations are performed on the Resource Creation page.
Bulk Export Binding Relation Table
In the left-side navigation pane, select Resource Planning and click Create Resource to go to the Resource Creation page. Select resources to export and click Bulk Export Binding Relation Table. The download task pop-up window is displayed, as shown in the figure.
View the binding relation table that you exported, as shown in the figure.
Export Resource Specification Mapping
In the left-side navigation pane, select Resource Planning and click Create Resource to go to the Resource Creation page. Select resources to export and click Export Resource Specification Mapping. The download task pop-up window is displayed, as shown in the figure.
Bulk Confirm
In the left-side navigation pane, select Resource Planning and click Create Resource to go to the Resource Creation page. Select resources to export and click Bulk Confirm. The download task pop-up window is displayed, as shown in the figure.
Open the module and fill in the template information, as shown in the figure.
Click Bulk Confirm. The Bulk Confirm pop-up window is displayed. Click Upload Local File to upload the template and click OK, as shown in the figure.
After the import is successful, the platform displays Imported Successfully, and the creation status changes from Not Created to Created, as shown in the figure.
Bulk Confirm Logs
On the Resource Creation page, by clicking Bulk Confirm Logs, you can view the corresponding logs regarding importing the template, as shown in the figure.
You can click Details in the Bulk Confirm Logs pop-up window to view the resource information, as shown in the figure.
If you need to delete the resource information, you can click Delete to delete it, as shown in the figure.
Resource Creation Log
On the Resource Creation page, by clicking Resource Creation Log, you can view the corresponding logs regarding importing the template, as shown in the figure.
Delete
On the Resource Creation page, you can delete selected resources, as shown in the figure.
