Permission Requirements for Database Account
The account corresponding to the username must have the DBA rights or all of the following rights:
CONNECT, SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE, SELECT ANY TABLE, SELECT ANY DICTIONARY, and CREATE SESSION
Data source type: Set this parameter to Oracle. Oracle databases within the specified version range can be evaluated.
Server IP: Specifies the IP address of the source database to be evaluated.
Port number: Specifies the port of the source database to be evaluated.
User name: Specifies a user name used to connect to the source database to be evaluated.
Password: Specifies the password of the user used to connect to the source database to be evaluated.
Service name: Specifies the service name of the Oracle database.
CDB service name: Specifies the service name of the Oracle CDB. If the Oracle database is 12C or later versions, this field is required to collect system information.
Migration username: Specifies the actual Oracle schema to be evaluated. It is usually the same as the username.
